Upon agreed ‘Terms of Business’ and your position specification, we will invoice you if retained.

We can fulfil your individual needs by providing candidates that have been properly screened and match your pre-existing criteria. The more information we have, the better chance we have to quickly identify and interest the best candidates.

 

We’ll utilise multiple resources to help find you that perfect candidate - online advertising, social media, head hunting, our database and national network.

 

We recognise your time is valuable. Suitable candidates are initially interviewed prior to sending you any candidate profiles. This means your time is protected and you only get to meet the exceptional few that we have identified as being outstanding.

 

Interviews will be arranged at your premises, online or wherever you feel is suitable. Two reference checks will be undertaken once you have interviewed and selected your preferred candidates.

 

Feedback from both parties will be obtained and provided after an interview. Further arrangements for additional interviews will be managed by us.

 

Hiring decisions are an important business priority. Offers of employment must always be presented to us in writing and within 72 hours of final interview and reference checks are completed.

 

Once a candidate accepts a role, we will invoice you. At this stage our recruitment assignment is completed, however we will continue to liaise with you and the candidate to ensure mutual satisfaction.
