1) Initial Consultation
Working together with you - our client, we evaluate your need and determine a recruitment strategy for finding the best candidate. 3) Candidate Identification & Assessment

5) Presentation of Candidates
Our clients receive confidential Candidate Assessment Reports with interview notes about candidates’ suitability, reasons for change, compensation expectations, experience, cultural fit, management expectations and other pertinent information including CV for your review. That means you save time by having a well-rounded sense of the candidate before the interview is scheduled.

6) Reference Checking
Once you have interviews and selected the final candidate or short listed select candidates, we will conduct reference checking with prior managers and direct reports who have the established insight and knowledge of the candidate's abilities, attitude, technical competence, relevant certifications/degrees, achievements and personal aptitude.

7) Completing the Recruitment Search
Once you have decided that an offer should be made to the selected candidate, 'Recruiting Now' can assist you in structuring the remuneration package, guiding you on market remuneration to ensure value and competitiveness. We counsel on negotiations between you and the candidate by serving as a third party intermediary to resolve questions and specific details to ensure everyone's satisfaction, including resignations, counter-offers, concerns by spouse and family, and relocation.
